Retun policy

1. Direct to Customer (Online or In-Person Sales)

We want you to love your jewelry-but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
  • Damaged returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom orders, engraved items, 10k gold, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

2. Consignment (Med Spas, Boutiques)

For clients who purchase through one of our trusted retail partners:

  • Sales are eligible for store credit only-refunds will not be issued.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition.
  • If the item is returned damaged, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returns must be handled through the original point of sale.

3. Wholesale Partners

We value our retail partners and want to ensure clear expectations for product returns:

  • All wholesale sales are final. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for approved returns.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and include original packaging.
  • Items returned damaged or unsellable will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom or special orders are non-returnable.
